Stay fit and strong in this class designed specifically for the expectant mother! Have fun and work up a sweat with other moms experiencing similar changes. Classes will focus on the muscles needed to maintain a healthy pregnancy and childbirth and may include circuit training, powerwalking, strength training, low impact aerobics and use of the exercise ball. Come and enjoy the many benefits of staying active during your pregnancy.

 

Aquafit Classes - SEE SCHEDULE

Looking for a safe yet challenging way to stay in shape throughout your pregnancy? Come together with other expecting women and experience the many benefits that exercise in the water has to offer. Enjoy the feeling of “weightlessness” as you are led through cardiovascular, strength and flexibilty exercises all designed to help you look and feel your best.

Want to sign up for a prenatal class but your baby is due during the series? Come to all the classes you can and after you have your little one, you will be refunded for the remaining classes. Costs will be pro-rated for remaining classes.

Mom and Me Fitness

NOTE: No classes offered at the time.

Reclaim your body in this fitness class for new moms getting back into shape after the birth of their babies. Tighten and tone the areas used during pregnancy, and those needed most for your role as a new mother. Classes will include both cardiovascular and strength training as well as exercises you can do with your baby. Get fit and have fun with other new moms and their babies.


Note: Classes best suited for pre-mobile babies. Newly post partum women should speak with their healthcare provider before resuming exercise.
